An enhanced customer experience at The Galleria Al Maryah Island
Enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience at The Galleria Al Maryah Island with the new “Shop & Collect” service. Guests can now shop at more than 45 fashion, lifestyle and dining brands at their own convenience. Collect the purchases from your car at one of two dedicated pickup points outside the mall.
Shop & Collect works in three simple steps*

Order
Shoppers places an order with their favourite store via phone call, app or online store directly. Once processed, the store representative will liaise with the shopper as to when the order will be ready, and agree on the date, time and pick-up point.

Arrive
Shopper arrives at the designated Shop & Collect pick-up point and coordinates with the store representative on the delivery.

Collect
Shopper collects the purchases from his/her car.
The two Shop & Collect pick up points are
- Outside The Galleria’s east entrance (next to Shake Shack)
- Outside the P2 entrance in the North car park (near Margaret Dabbs and Tiffany & Co.)
