The first stages of the AED 12 billion new area should be completed by year end which includes a Hilton Hotel and an 18,000 seat indoor arena.

Siadah International Real Estate have acquired two land sales in place to develop two residential projects on Yas Island, quoted Miral, the developer for Yas Island.
