This Lebanese Soprano’s Moving Rendition Online For The First Time


The new piece of musical work was first aired on the Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation’s ( ADMAF ) Cultural Ramadan series.

Lebanese soprano Hiba Al Kawas has premiered her latest work online in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation ( ADMAF ).

The HKI Foundation, in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Music and Arts Foundation ( ADMAF ), have released a video of the Lebanese soprano showing her sing the moving live performance  of ‘Allahu Ya Allah,’ a new song based on the poetry of His Excellency Dr. Abdulaziz Khojah.

Her Excellency Huda Ebrahim Alkhamis, founder of the Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation ( ADMAF ), said: “As we face the Covid-19 pandemic together, it is important for us to affirm our solidarity with all of humanity. We want the work we do to highlight the valuable and beneficial role the UAE plays at the local and global levels by reflecting the solidarity and the coming together of societies to overcome the challenges posed by this global emergency.”

The live performance of ‘Allahu Ya Allah’ will be released on digital platforms, social media, and selected Arabic TV channels carrying a message of reassurance and spirituality to humanity during the most difficult ordeal in modern history.
