Witness Breathtaking Photographs Captured By Drones And Aircraft


Aerial Photography Exhibition

The first exhibition of 2019 announced by Manarat Al Saadiyat, part of Department of Culture and Tourism, Abu Dhabi.

Aerial Photography Exhibition, organised by Photography Studio will showcase imagery taken from drones and aircraft along with artists from UAE, The Middle East and The United States.

The Aerial Photography Exhibition will be open from 10th June until 26th August 2019 will also feature prominent local, regional and international artists and photographers.

Names include Martin Sanchez, Dr. Ahmed Al Rais, Bachir Moukarzel, Peter Jay and Huda Bin Redha. Works from Noura Al Neyadi, Khalid Al Hammadi, Khalid Al Sabt, Liam Clayton, Beno Saradzic, Altamash Javed, Khalil Al-Zadjali and Majeed Al Khatheeri will also be shown at the exhibition.

The exhibition will also include a public programme which includes an immersive workshop, talks and a panel discussion. Internationally renowned photographer Sanchez will take participants deep into different aspects of aerial photography.

The General Civil Aviation Authority ( GCAA ) and local artists will have sessions with photographers and drone enthusiasts and discuss on the market trend for aerial photography which has grown over the past few years and how to navigate the art within current aviation laws.

Participants will also learn more about the safety regulations of flying drones in Abu Dhabi and else-where, in accordance with the laws of Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.

The programme of talks and workshops will also offer opportunities for visitors to network and meet the people and artists behind these captivating images.”
