A Fusion Of British And Emirati Talent Promises To Serve Up A Dinner To Remember


Emirati Chef Khaled at Ray's Grill

Emirati chef Khaled Al Saadi joins English chef Daniel Irvine at Ray’s Grill for a special four-hand dinner this month.

Jumeirah at Etihad Towers, Abu Dhabi will see both chefs create a special six-course set menu inspired by Al Saadi’s Emirati background but cooked in a contemporary way using French methods.

The event will take from March 18th to 20th at the hotel’s restaurant.

Speaking about the event, Khaled said that the traditional Emirati fare will be using Western cooking methods and serving each course in a much more refined way.

Daniel, chef de cuisine at Ray’s Grill, said that the food served at Ray’s Grill will be showcased in a brand-new light and the fusion with Khaled will be something brand new for the region.”

AED 395, inclusive of six courses and select soft beverages, Jumeirah at Etihad Towers, West Corniche, 7 pm – 10 pm.
