Get access to a collection of over 50,000 books, as well as rare artefacts and manuscripts at Qasr Al Watan, where the month of reading will be celebrated. There are many places in the Palace where avid readers can enjoy a trip through time, culture and space with each book, as well as connect with their favorite authors.

From the House of Knowledge, visitors can explore artifacts that shed light on the rich heritage of the Arab region from the 9th until the 13th century. Through the display of rare manuscripts in terms of subject, form, and scarcity of copies, visitors will gain an understanding of the achievements and contributions of the Arab world.

Celebrate the month of reading at Qasr Al Watan

Over 50,000 books are made easily accessible to the public at the Qasr Al Watan Library. Here 16 million digital documents are available in a single location, making centuries of knowledge easily accessible. As part of Abu Dhabi’s public library network, the library houses books focusing on history, biology, architecture, and many more, making it the perfect place to conduct research, study, and enjoy leisure reading.

Qasr Al Watan welcomes visitors of all ages daily from 11:00AM to 7:00PM and the Qasr Al Watan Library is open from Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays from 12 PM to 6 PM.
