Etihad Airways Is The First Airline In GCC To Connect UAE And Israel


Etihad Airways Travel Ban extended
Etihad Airways has scheduled commercial flights from Abu Dhabi to Israel.

Etihad Airways has partnered with Mamam Group to start flights departing from Tel Aviv that will return back on 21st October. For the launch, the flight will have a group of industry experts, travel agents, cargo agents who will enter the country to get a 360-degree experience of UAE’s culture, heritage, futuristic milestones and world-renowned tourist attractions.

Mohamed Mubarak Fadhel Al Mazrouei, chairman, Etihad Aviation Group said, “[This] flight is a historic opportunity for the development of strong partnerships here in the UAE, and in Israel, and Etihad as the national airline, is delighted to be leading the way,”

“We are just starting to explore the long-term potential of these newly forged relationships, which will be sure to greatly benefit the economies of both nations, particularly in the areas of trade and tourism, and ultimately the people who call this diverse and wonderful region home.”

This is a part of several new measures that Etihad Airways have announced. Recently they have also announced that government workers will be able to avail discounts on their airfare. Etihad Airways also offers its passengers PCR tests included in the airfare that also includes home testing in Abu Dhabi.
