Etihad Airways Showcases New Destinations and Guest Experience Upgrades.

Etihad Airways is making waves at the Arabian Travel Market with its ambitious growth plans and investment in guest experience. As the UAE’s national airline, Etihad is set to welcome a diverse array of visitors to its stand, including esteemed guests, travel trade professionals, media representatives, and tourism partners.

Javier Alija, Vice President of Sales and Distribution at Etihad Airways, expresses enthusiasm for the event, stating, “We’re thrilled to be part of the Arabian Travel Market, where we can showcase Etihad Airways’ growth journey alongside Zayed International Airport, our new home in Abu Dhabi. We eagerly anticipate engaging with our trade partners and industry peers for a productive week.”

Presented in collaboration with Zayed International Airport, Etihad’s stand highlights the stunning new facilities of the airline’s home base. The airport, inaugurated in November 2023, offers streamlined check-in processes, dedicated spaces for families, First and Business class passengers, and innovative biometric self-check-in and security features.

At the event, Etihad will spotlight its extensive network expansion efforts, including 15 new destinations announced or launched since the previous year’s event. Recent inaugural flights to Boston and new destinations in Kerala, India, showcase Etihad’s commitment to growth. Over the next two months, the airline will commence operations to Jaipur and Bali, as well as summer hotspots like Al Qassim, Antalya, Malaga, Nice, and the Greek islands of Mykonos and Santorini.

Visitors to the Etihad stand will have the opportunity to experience the airline’s investment in guest comfort and convenience firsthand. Highlights include the new Boeing 787 Dreamliner seats, featuring an exclusive Business class with enhanced privacy and advanced technology, as well as Economy cabin seats designed for optimal comfort.

Etihad’s partnership with renowned designer Giorgio Armani and leading skincare brand ESPA is also showcased through the airline’s brand-new amenity kits. Additionally, visitors can explore the Etihad and Armani/Casa Business class experience, and the elegant dining solutions offered in Economy class.
