Throughout November, Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi invites you to savor a three-course Parisian feast curated by Culinary Director, Chef Balveer Balkissoon. Immerse yourself in the rich flavors of French culinary classics with a specially crafted set menu, all for a set price.
The Chef’s Table menu kicks off with classic entrees, featuring delights such as duck foie gras terrine with apple chutney and dates, pink prawns accompanied by avocado carpaccio and egg mimosa, and creamy burrata with marinated cherry tomatoes.
For the main course, choose from a tempting array of options, including pan-seared sea scallops on parsnip puree with parmesan cream, the timeless beef bourguignon, or the indulgent black truffle tortiglioni pasta.
Concluding this culinary adventure on a sweet note, the dessert options include a vibrant mixed berries pavlova with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream, Fouquet’s irresistible profiteroles filled with luxurious vanilla ice cream and drizzled with hot chocolate sauce, or a tropical twist with pineapple carpaccio infused with basil, raisins, and mango sorbet.
In collaboration with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi and aligned with the Abu Dhabi Culinary Calendar, the Fouquet’s Chef’s Table Menu is available until 30th November, priced at AED 350 per person, inclusive of water, tea, and coffee.
