An exclusive private dining experience, set under the star’s on the hotels pristine private beach. The unforgettable ‘Dine under the moonlight’ features a four-course menu of signature specialities. Enhanced by premium Moet Champagne and Chandon Rose, plus special welcome cocktails on arrival.
Ladies are presented with their own bespoke flower bouquet to take home and keep.

The plush and luxurious steakhouse situated on the 63rd floor have curated a ‘His and Hers Valentine’s Menu’. Head Chef Daniel Irvine and his talented kitchen team will offer one bespoke array of expertly crafted, premium-quality specialties for ladies, and another that’s specifically designed for gentlemen.
The ‘His and Hers Valentines Menu’ is available from 07th to 14th February, 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm.

Celebrity Chef Richard Sandoval has specially curated an explosive, flavorsome array of authentic Peruvian favorites. A four course set-menu with live guitarist and complimentary glass of bubbly.

This Valentine’s Day, the picturesque restaurant will offer the most iconic specialities. The culinary voyage starts with a bowl of nourishing homemade roasted butternut pumpkin soup, lightly flavoured with thyme and caramelised mixed nuts.
Meat lovers can enjoy the main of seven-hour slow-roasted smoked beef short ribs, smothered in JD barbeque sauce and served with grilled vegetables and lashings of gravy.
The romantic experience concludes on a sweet note with a rich and creamy chocolate fondant, served with freshly made vanilla ice cream.
