Where Sustainability Meets Culinary Delights
As winter settles into Abu Dhabi, a delightful pop-up experience has arrived at Al Ain’s historic Qasr Al Muwaiji.
The setting is far from chilly, yet it promises a wonderful winter atmosphere for all to enjoy.
Le Pré’s eco-friendly pop-up venue is a tribute to the Year of Sustainability in the UAE. It’s been thoughtfully crafted using sustainable materials like aluminum, wood, and tiles. Your visit will be complemented by live music and a diverse range of culinary options from various food brands.
For those who adore pizza, Eight Pizza offers classic Italian pies generously topped with cheese. Burger enthusiasts should make a beeline for Popup Burger. If you’re looking for a more upscale dining experience, Matera serves international dishes in a casual fine dining setting.
The Qasr Al Muwaiji winter pop-up operates from 4 pm to midnight on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and extends its hours until 1 am on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). You have the opportunity to savor this unique space until 30th April, 2024.
If you haven’t had the pleasure of visiting Qasr Al Muwaiji before, this historical fort, built in the late 1800s, once served as the residence of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the UAE’s Founding Father. Today, it houses a museum that you can explore at no cost, providing insights into the history of Abu Dhabi’s ruling family.
The pop-up is open from 4 pm to midnight on weekdays and from 4 pm to 1 am on weekends.
