During the holy month of Ramadan, the Shangri-La Abu Dhabi is set to become the city’s premier venue for those who wish to get together with their friends and family.  Commencing in the first week of April, guests will be treated to authentic Arabian hospitality at Shangri-La’s Ramadan village, the centerpiece of this year’s festivities.

Reconnect with loved ones this Ramadan and celebrate with a Grand Iftar at Sofra bld for just AED 268 per person, which includes season-inspired juices. Diners will be able to listen to the beautiful sounds of Athan prayers being recited from the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque located across the Khor Al Maqta creek as they break their fast.

Shangri-La’s master series will feature a special edition this Ramadan as guests are treated to a collection of dinners by Hattem Mattar at AED 298 per person. Arabia’s first pitmaster will prepare a mouthwatering BBQ set menu from 13th to 17th April 2022, renowned for its tender, juicy brisket.

Suhoor is the perfect setting for memorable evenings by the pool transformed into a glistening venue complete with Majlis and sofas. An Arabian ambiance will envelop as guests can enjoy shisha and regional favorites featured at interactive culinary stations. Pricing starts from AED 100 minimum spend per person with Majlis available for larger groups of up to 6 and 10 people.

Guests may enjoy a collection of treatments by Chi, The Spa which includes a must-try ‘Mist and Glow’ package made up of a 60-minute Moroccan Hammam followed by a 60 minute Deep Tissue Full Body Massage for AED 900.

If you do not wish to head out and instead enjoy a selection of Middle Eastern, Indian, or Asian Iftar menus, you can either pick up or get delivered through Deliveroo and Talabat.  Prices range from AED 299 for two persons and AED 499 for up to four persons.

A mid-season getaway at Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri or Traders Hotel, Abu Dhabi is perfect for those looking for a small getaway or break from routine.  All stays include a delicious Iftar meal with a stay for two starting from AED 795 at Shangri-La whilst Traders hotel rates begin from AED 395.
