The evening commences with a bespoke dinner under a Bedouin gazebo, serviced by a private butler. Guests can enjoy outdoor seating at their own private beach lounge along the shorelines of Khor Al Maqta canal with shisha under the stars.
Guests can choose from two options of sharing menus celebrating Arabian or International flavours. The destination inspired menu includes a cold and hot Mezzeh platter, harira and lentil soups, lime and lemongrass sorbet mixed grill, grilled seafood platter and Arabic sweets complemented by dates and an Arabic coffee.
The international menu option features grilled foie gras, lobster and scallop salad, crab bisque, wild mushroom soup, duo of beef, pan-seared black cod, divine desserts and more.
Both menu options can be customised based on guests’ preferences and dietary requirements
