The VFS Global centre has relocated to The Mall, World Trade Center on Khalifa Bin Zayed the First Street.

The newly opened facility is an upgrade from the old office, with ample parking space, premium lounges and 72 counters capable of accommodating up to 1,500 applicants per day.

From here, residents can apply for visas to Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Malaysia, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Turkey, UK and Ukraine.

The visa likewise features a seven-foot-tall statue of the UAE’s founding Father Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

Indian artist created the statue using steel with a bronze layer and wooden base, representing the beloved leader’s regard for wisdom, respect, sustainability and human development.

The VFS centre in Abu Dhabi accounted for over 80,000 visa applications in 2018.

Between January and June of 2019, the Abu Dhabi centre processed over 65,800 visa applications, which is a significant growth of 13 percent in comparison to the applications processed during the same period in 2018.

In 2018, globally, VFS Global processed 26.7 million applications.

VFS Global Abu Dhabi is open Sunday to Thursday from 9 am to 3 pm. Passport collection from 9 am to 5 pm.
