Starting from 07th December, kick off the festive season by visiting Santa’s Grotto at the North Atrium beside Debenhams on Level G, open daily from 10 am to 10 pm. A donation of AED 10 per guest will support relief efforts in Gaza through a charitable partnership.
Immerse yourself in a magical atmosphere with lively elves and thematic decorations, creating the perfect backdrop for a memorable photo opportunity. Guests can book their visit online or walk in to enjoy a delightful encounter with Santa Claus, available from 10 am to 10 pm until 24th December.
Winter Village Spectacle
Marvel at the 12-meter tree at the Winter Village, beautifully decorated as the centerpiece. With activities and numerous photo opportunities, guests can share the magic with friends and family worldwide.
Mrs. Claus’ Workshop at Santa’s Bakery
Step into Santa’s Bakery on Level G for an immersive experience filled with festive magic and the aroma of freshly baked goods. From 07th to 26th December(10 am to 10 pm), guests can partake in interactive activities such as cupcake and cookie decorating and gingerbread house competitions. Mrs. Claus’ workshop offers children of all ages a chance to discover festive adventures.
Send Letters to Santa
Let children’s wishes shine with “Letters to Santa” on Level 3, Central Kitchens, from 07th to 24th December. Kids can write heartfelt letters, create wish lists, and post them to Santa with the help of friendly elves. Santa may even make some of these wishes come true at The Galleria.
