A round-up of some great breakfast spots in town.
Breakfast to us is synonymous with happiness. We have picked some of our happy places around town that you can leisure off for a fresh start of the day with some great breakfast deals.
La Brioche is one of the early breakfast outlets in the capital that found its place in our hearts through their freshly cooked meals. Their artisanal bread and croissants are baked daily with no preservatives or stabilisers. The cafes still hold their charm essentially owing to the simple but delicious offerings they set-out for the customers. La Brioche is yet another testament to how anything inspired by the french seldom disappoints. The breakfast package that includes some choicy options made with chia seeds to sandwiches with smoked salmon is available throughout the week. It lasts till 11 am from Sunday to Thursday and ends at 1 pm on Friday and Saturday.
Enter Cafe 302 and you instantly feel you’ve stepped inside a beautifully styled urban space that is embellished with a lot of natural light. Situated in the Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana, this cafe with its friendly staff and great food makes for a relaxing visit. Their breakfast package titled ‘Sunny Side Up’ can be availed at AED 69 for adults and at AED 40 for kids.6- 12 years old. In line with the title, their egg and tofu benedict with a side of fresh juice hits all the right spots. Oh, also all their hot cuppas come with a perfectly baked biscuit!

Not really a breakfast dish but their crème brule is to die for and if you feel like a splurge, this sweet treat will not disappoint. They have over eight options all around the city so rest assured wherever you are, The Coffee club is definitely a choice you can make for your breakfast fix.

With branches at Raha Gardens, Mangrove Village and Saadiyat Island, this quaint spot has a decent variety of food and drink that you can choose to start your day with. The branch in Mangrove Village albeit small has a cosy waiting area with some great books that you can read as you wait for your meals. Their All You Can Eat Breakfast options are AED 60 per person and have shakshuka, eggs benedict, English Breakfast, and other typical breakfast usuals.
While a lot of these places allow walk-in, depending on their visitor capacity you may have to wait during peak hours. Best to always call ahead of your visit!
We say feast like a king.
