Reservations required for the botanist dinner
This August, Abu Dhabi’s most stylish hotspot Buddha-bar beach Abu Dhabi is presenting an unmissable evening of exceptional Pacific Rim cuisine and sensational mixed drinks.
Held in partnership with Rémy Cointreau Group, The Botanist Dinner at Buddha-Bar Beach Abu Dhabi will feature an exclusive three-course set dinner menu and a fine selection of Botanist-Gin cocktails.
Kneal Brown, luxury spirits ambassador for the UAE and Oman, will be the honoured host for the evening. After greeting guests with a welcome drink, he will continue to provide diners with a superb selection of creative cocktails and mixes throughout their meal.
Taking place on 18th August, Wednesday the pleasurable evening begins with a choice of cold starters (limeno ceviche or veggie rolls), plus a hot appetiser (beef anticucho or vegetable anticucho).
Then, for the main courses, the expert chefs are pulling out all the stops and producing two wonderful specials: toothfish sudado and wagyu stiploin chalaquita, followed by a deliciously sweet coconut dessert, starring coconut cube cake, fruit compote, caramelised pineapple and lime and ginger sorbet.
Available for up to 25 people only, reservations for The Botanist Dinner at Buddha-Bar beach Abu Dhabi are mandatory. Taking place on Wednesday, 18th August from 8 pm onwards, the special experience is priced at AED 350 per person.
