Stay tuned for their Ramadan poetry recitals on 05th May
As part of Louvre Abu Dhabi’s Ramadan 2021 digital programming, we will host four international and local poets to recite poetry that link to a specific artwork and reflects the messaging of Ramadan values of hope and resilience.
The recitals are 1-2 minutes long and will be posted on Louvre Abu Dhabi’s Instagram page in the format of Instagram TV.
Each post will go live on Wednesdays at 5 pm on 05th May during the month of Ramadan. This week, we feature Amal Ismail, who is reciting poem that is inspired by the artwork Ear Dagger from their exhibition Abstraction and Calligraphy – Towards a Universal Language.
