Last weekend, Rosewood Abu Dhabi premiered its ‘Wood and Fire’ dining, which is expected to be a unique culinary experience.
Abu Dhabi has a multitude of options when it comes to both fine and casual dining. In fact, now the onus on restaurateurs is to tailor an exciting memory for the visitors to keep them hooked. To do just this, Rosewood Abu Dhabi is hosting daily from sunset to 11 pm an outdoor eating experience like no other at its open-air bar, Glo.
Chef Jaka will be spearheading it where his team will use the classic cooking method of firewood, as well as American and Komodo pressure grills. The showstoppers of the menu will be meat and seafood items cooked to perfection. Anything to do as you overlook the Abu Dhabi skyline is beautiful and with Wood and Fire, you can take in the fresh air and satiate your taste buds at the same time. We are most excited for the 12-hour smoked brisket which is supposed to be an explosion of flavors.
The menu will be an A La Carte and guests will be able to see the cold preparation bar where chefs will be shucking oysters and cooking up a storm. Yes, there will be salivating but it will be worth the wait, the team promises us. All of the food will be made freshly with most of it cooked live in front of you.
In line with Covid-19, the restaurant requires guests to make reservations in advance. They have made sure that all the required preventive measures are in place to safeguard the guests and their night out.
