TrainYas sessions are now open to the public twice a week on Sundays and Tuesdays.
A lot of us have been reeling from ‘no movement’ syndrome. It happens to the best of us especially when we are given the option to stay at home. While work is important, work and a healthy life balance are more important and we have just the fix.
The TrainYas exercise sessions are free sessions where you can run, walk or cycle the Yas Island track twice a week on Sundays and Tuesdays.
All you need to do is register on www.yasmarinacircuit.com so that the authorities can track the number of people at a certain time on the track. Not more than 400 people will be allowed on the track at a given time to enjoy a 90-minute sweat session.
In line with the safety measures, no equipment will be available to hire and visitors will have to use their own gear. You are allowed to remove the mask only on the track and will need to maintain a distance of 2m at all times.
The track is open to everyone above the age of 13 and below the age of 70 as per the government regulations and can only be accessed through the East Gate at Yas Marina Circuit.
If you think this track and fresh air is all you need to get you out of your blues, make sure you book your slot online at least 12 hours before you plan to visit the track.
