Education through recreation at Abu Dhabi’s leading park
In line with its ethos of ‘ education through recreation’ Umm Al Emarat Park welcomes new animal friends. The park is hosting three animal pop-ups with new animal friends until 22nd October. This is in collaboration with Al Ain Zoo.
Your chance to meet and greet parrots, various kids of prey birds, snakes and other reptiles at the park. You will also have the opportunity to interact with some animals and take pictures with them. Get introduced to the animals and their history, interesting facts about them from the keepers and handlers for the park.
The green park is already home to much-loved ponies, rabbits, tortoises, pgymy goats, camels and emu birds. Visitors, specially children will learn more about animals by interacting with them at the petting zoo and the park’s animal barn. An exciting 3 day pop-up event will give visitors to meet these fascinating animals.
You can feed the animals at the Animal Barn or you can go on a fun ride along with a camel or pony. Umm Al Emarat Park is open daily from 8.00 am until midnight.
