You can now order a wider selection of irresistible treats, including hot dishes and breakfast items, along with the tempting pastries and specialty coffee that regulars have always enjoyed. Even the menu has an elegant new style.
Of course, the pleasant setting with a picture-perfect view of the museum, sky and sea are as beautiful as ever. There are more events happening too. As part of the café’s rejuvenation, Aptitude will be launching many exciting new activities including workshops, dinner events, themed nights and more. Spend a Relaxing Evening at Marta Bar
Operated by the Barrière Group, this intimate speakeasy-style bar located above Fouquet’s restaurant offers guests a unique experience with its intimate ambience. Seamlessly transitioning from day to night, enjoy the laid-back luxe atmosphere in the afternoon or drinks and light bites come nightfall.
Opening hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday from 12.00 pm – 12.00 am, Thursday – Friday 12.00 pm – 1.00 am, Mondays closed.
Dessert with Jackson Pollock at Fouquet’s
A feast for the eyes, a delicious mix of citrus flavours and white chocolate, and all inspired by Pollock’s famous paint dripping technique – this new dessert at Fouquet’s Restaurant is the pièce de résistance on the menu. It’s called the Orange Ice Parfait, and it has been created by Fouquet’s Head Chef Hugo Sipp.
This fine-dining restaurant brings the taste of Parisian cuisine to the UAE. It comes highly recommended, with the restaurant recently winning the BBC Good Food Middle East Magazine award for Best New Restaurant in Abu Dhabi for 2020.
